Return Eligibility

Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
To claim a return for damaged, defective, or wrong products, customers must record a proper unboxing video while opening the package at the time of delivery.
This video is required for verification purposes.
Without an unboxing video, return requests for damaged or defective products may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong product by customer
- Product damaged after use
- Return request after 24 hours
- Claims without unboxing video proof
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Customized products (if applicable)
